Processing and Tracking

Once an order is received, we generally have orders processed and shipped within a 1-2 business days. Please note these are estimated timeframes only and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to high order volumes, public holidays, supply chain or fulfilment delays, and operational disruptions. Processing times are not guaranteed, and delays may occasionally occur outside of our control.

Orders that are placed after 1pm (AEST) on Friday and during weekends will be processed and shipped the following working week. 

Once you place an order you will receive an email providing shipping details, allowing you to track the order

Delays with couriers may be experienced and are out of our control. We apologise for any inconveniences this may cause

New Zealand 

Standard Shipping:
Standard shipping for New Zealand is $12.00 NZD for all orders. All New Zealand orders are shipped via Aus Post and takes 3-7 business days once an order is  processed. 

 

Australia

Standard shipping:
Standard shipping for Australia is $12.00 AUD for all orders. All Australian orders are shipped via Aus Post and takes 2-5 business days once an order is processed. 

 

USA

Standard Shipping
Standard shipping to the United States is $10 USD for all orders. All United States orders are shipped via Aus Post and takes 5-10 business days once an order is processed. Duties are included - there will be no other hidden fees on the arrival on your order

UK

Standard Shipping
Standard shipping to the United States is $15 AUD for all orders. All United Kingdom orders are shipped via Aus Post and takes 5-10 business days once an order is processed. Customers are liable for any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees associated with their order.

 

Rest of World

Standard Shipping:
Standard shipping to the rest of world is $20 AUD for all orders. International orders are shipped via Aus Post. Standard shipping takes up to 1-2 weeks once an order is  processed. International Customers are liable for any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees associated with their order.
